Course Description

As an AVID Accredited Instructor, and a Pro Tools user for about 20 years, I have a lot to share about this DAW.
I gained this knowledge in their Head Quarters while I was in Pinewood Studios.
A very famous television studio in England, think of Starwars, James Bond, and Marvel Movies..

I asked their Master Instructor, Justin Fraser, who’s also an instructor in Abbey Roads… why is Pro Tools more expensive, requires an iLok which everyone hates, generally less approachable by the general public than other DAWs.

I got a really honest answer – You are not our direct customer.
Basically, they’re pricing for producers working for BATMAN.
Different demographic…

Pro Tools is an industry standard DAW for a reason, it does a lot, and it holds a heavy resume.
What also sets it apart from other DAWs is that its not just for music, its for a lot more.
It’s the only DAW ever, with hardware integration.

I have built my own course, based on how I use it today.
This is not their official course curriculum, even though I am an official instructor of theirs.
This is my take on Pro Tools.

It is more focused on workflows I find more important than the book it self focused on.
In fact, more focused on things that I didn’t learn from their headquarters in Pinewood studios, with Justin.

Joining this course, shift your career further.
It’s a big one.
