1. About Us
dB Pro Academy is an online audio education platform run by Tareq Mirza, based in Amman, Jordan. For any questions about these terms, please reach us through the Contact page on this website.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using dB Pro Academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Accounts
Each account is for one person only. You may not share your login details or allow anyone else to access your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend or close accounts that are shared or misused.

4. Course Enrollment and Pricing
Enrollment requires payment of the price shown at checkout. We may change course content, offerings, or prices at any time. Price changes do not affect courses you have already purchased.

5. Payment and Refunds
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment, in the currency shown at checkout. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course. Refunds are not available after 7 days or once more than 20% of the course has been completed. To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page.

6. Course Access
Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to the course for as long as dB Pro Academy continues to operate. Access is for personal use only.

7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, audio files, presentations, and written content, belong to dB Pro Academy and are protected by copyright. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell, or redistribute any course material without written permission. Any session files or audio provided for practice are for your personal learning only.

8. Software and Equipment
Courses do not include software licenses or equipment. You are responsible for obtaining your own DAW, plugins, and hardware. Pro Tools and Avid are trademarks of Avid Technology, Inc. dB Pro Academy is an independent platform and is not operated by Avid.

9. Certificates
Some courses may include a certificate of completion issued by dB Pro Academy. This certificate confirms that you completed the course. It is not an accredited academic qualification or an official Avid certification unless clearly stated otherwise. You may not describe yourself as Avid certified based on a dB Pro Academy certificate.

10. No Authorization to Teach
Completing a course or receiving a dB Pro Academy certificate does not qualify, certify, or authorize you to teach, train, or instruct others. You may not present yourself as a dB Pro Academy instructor, trainer, or representative. You may not use our course materials, structure, curriculum, examples, or exercises to teach others, whether in person, online, in a school, or in private lessons, without written permission from dB Pro Academy.

11. No Guaranteed Results
Our courses are designed to teach professional audio skills. Your results depend on your own practice and effort. Completing a course does not guarantee employment, income, or any specific outcome.

12. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You may not interfere with the platform, attempt to bypass its security, or disrupt the learning experience of other students.

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you break these terms, including sharing your account, distributing course materials, or using them to teach others without permission.

14. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described there.

15. Disclaimer
Course content is provided for educational purposes and reflects professional industry practice at the time it was recorded. The platform and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, dB Pro Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or its materials. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.

17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
